  7. - Work M-F 6:30-3:30 all year.

  1. - Residential carpentry.
  2. - Residential roofing.
  3. - Read house plans.
  4. - Set up staging.
  5. - Manage up to 4 carpenters.
  6. - Resolve disputes.
  7. - Communicate details.
  8. - Remodeling.
  9. - Maintain a clean site.
  1. - General 2009 IRC codes.
  2. - Residential construction safety techniques.
  3. - 10 years carpentry experience.
  4. - Residential construction techniques.

Estimator

  1. - Basic typing.
  2. - E-mail protocol and filing.
  3. - Basic computer files.

  5. - Read house plans.
  6. - Sketching.
  1. - Residential construction techniques.
  2. - General 2006 IRC codes.
  3. - 5 years estimating experience.
