 Peter Leonard, Owner

B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.  Peter has been building and designing new homes and additions since leaving his career as a product design engineer many years ago.  He enjoys working with our customers to learn about their individual needs and desires.  Peter uses pencil on vellum to create plans for many projects, in addition to his estimating and management duties.

Mark Phaneuf, CADD Designer

Mark grew up in this valley, and has since built and designed many fine homes and additions using computer aided drafting techniques.  After meeting with our customers to understand their desires and needs, he can create colorful 3-d renderings of new homes and remodeling projects in addition to the usual scaled line drawings.  On top of this, he helps with estimating and even finds time to act as the current President of the White Mt. Homebuilders Association.

Kathleen Zimmerman, Office Manager

Kathleen is the person you will likely speak to first whether you call our office or visit our friendly office.  She enjoys speaking to people and keeps an organized record of appointments and customer calls.  She is always ready to take your call during normal business hours.  Additionally, she processes our payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Jenny MacFarlane, Project Coordinator

B.S. degree in Business communication, cum laude, from Bentley College.  Jenny has much experience coordinating projects for a major design + build firm in the Boston area, as well as with a large HVAC company in southern NH.  She is an efficient, detail oriented manager who enjoys the general contracting business.  Everybody seems to enjoy her enthusiasm.
