Projects:

Jackson: We will construct a garage with a bonus room above it to accompany an existing home.

Madison: We will complete "Phase One" on a spacious new home.  This will include all of the sitework needed to optimize the beautiful scenery that surrounds the lot.

Madison: We will complete an addition on this home.

Freedom: We will build an additional entry roof on this home that is simular to the main entrance roof.

Bartlett (Before): We removed this old glass Sunspace and built a new conventional Sunroom that is cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.

Bartlett (After): The Owners now enjoy their Sunroom year round, and like the way it blends in with the rest of the house.

Jackson:  A new attic dormer makes this old attic brighter and more livable!

Chocorua:  We remodeled this Kitchen to make it larger and open to the living areas.

Ossipee:  We turned and old screen porch into a year-round Sunroom.  The interior is very beautiful!

Freedom:  We added a spacious Screen Porch onto rear of this home.

North Conway:  We designed and built this Farmers' Porch to compliment this home. 

Freedom:  We designed and built this Garage to hold the Owners' vacation toys. 

Eaton:  This new Garage compliments the Owners' colonial home. There are overhead doors on the right end, and an office with windows in the attic.

Ossipee:  This Garage was designed and built to compliment this new retirement home, and add convenience.

Eaton:  Another Garage built to compliment a colonial home.  There is a stairway to a full attic for storage or an office.

Freedom:  An addition built to compliment a colonial home.  We have remodeled every part of this home, as well.

Freedom:  We gave this old village home a complete facelift.  Extensive interior remodeling was also done to bring it up to date according to the Owners tastes. 

Freedom:  This lakefront home was rebuilt from the ground up.  Later we enclosed the porch beneath the deck, and have made other improvements.

Ossipee:  We added living space to this lake front home on a small lot. 

Chocorua:  We designed and built this home, then added to it over the years.

 

Chocorua:  We designed and built this new home to take advantage of a large sunny lot.  Single story living with porches along with old time charm were priorities.   

Chocorua:  We built this home with special items from a kit.  A curved roof, pine floors, a brick fireplace and many other special details make this home special for its' Owners and their neighbors.

Freedom:  We designed and built this home on a dirt road near Ossipee Lake.  It was carefully designed to fit on a small, wet lot.  The cellar has been dry since it was constructed.

Chocorua:  This horse barn was designed and built to suit the Owners' specific needs.  The frame is post and beam.

Conway village:  Extensive remodeling was done for the Conway Historical Society updating a 50 year old church for the new Salyards Center for the Arts.

Intervale: A large addition was designed and built to provide the Owners with a new Master Suite and Finished Basement. 

Intervale:  We designed and built this garage to fit naturally onto the existing lot and match  the house.  

Conway: This vacation home was built to suit the Owner's needs. We completed a weathertight shell for the owner to complete at a later date.

 Freedom: We designed and built this barn addition to provide the Owner with additional woodworking space.

Intervale: We designed and built a second floor for this home.  We were able to accomodate the Owner's need for more space without disrupting the home's charm.
