Leonard Builders is engaged in the design, construction and remodeling of residential and light-commercial projects. We build custom homes, additions, garages, barns, and light commercial buildings.  We also add dormers, living rooms, sunrooms, porches, and even second floors to exisitng homes. We remodel bathrooms, kitchens, basements and whole homes.  We even provide small job services to repair sticking doors, repaint rooms, install hardwood flooring, install tile, and replace rotten sills.
Design

 

Can that addition actually be built?  Will it look good?  Is it possible to heat it efficiently?  How much will the project cost?  Because Leonard Builders has years of designing projects with our customers, we know what you're thinking, know what you're looking for, and have the answers to your questions.  In a reasonable amount of time, we can turn your building and remodeling ideas into a real, executable, attractive design.  We'll also provide you with a detailed project cost proposal.  Our professional fees are a wise investment in the value of your home.

Construction
Our carpenters provide construction services that comply with local building codes. You will also find them to be punctual and courteous. And, once we begin your job, we stay with it until it is complete.  We won't leave partway through the project to leave you wondering when it will be finished.
